<div>my review that i have shared on teh 13th June have been removed.The lady called me back and promised to give me a call on teh 17th June and i have not received a call. i did state on my previous complaint that the passage section is not closed and that is not safe for us as everyone has now made this their daily route and is dagerous. the number was *** i have forgotten teh lady's name but i am sure you can trace with ths number. and do not delete my reviews especially when the issue is not resolved this has been going on for years now and no assistance they keep on promising to close but still not closed.</div>

We asked for the review to be taken down as your original post was a concern of possible ******** element that may in future take advantage of entry points into your suburb.
Our executive have advised that we cannot close off any access or entry points that fall within the City of Ekurhuleni, dedicated areas - of which the water channel is one.
The initial fencing was in place for safety regards heavy water flow during flash floods to trap any possible large debris, that could cause harm to persons or property by powerful water flow.
Since the successful rearticulation of the storm water flow, there is no need for such "trap fencing". Of which any ******** element would easily bypass. Your recourse of you concern is to raise any issues of safety/possible ******** activity with your local SAPS. Kind regards Isalina Barreto

20 Jun 2025, 15:48@ Isalina i am not sure if it was you who called me last week and cleary you only heard what tou wanted to hear all te extentions that have paasages from their house(s) those passages were closed by your company and when your same company came back to re fix the water issue as it was flloding when it rans they roomed that fence and advsed they will place it back when the cconctrete is fry and they never came back so how is this Ekurulen problem? like how it was cosmo who had to come fix teh flooding issue then put back that fence which they never did. i mentioned that we are not safe as the passage is open and was opned by your connstruction and was never put back. so your response is not making any sense. Ihave explained to you propery over the phone and now you telling me this? you had said you will call me back and did notand if you were not sure of my explaination why didnt you call me back again to explain again. the fence was not place by Ekuruleni so there you are very very wrong, this was removed by your campany and needs to be put back by your company.
