Horrible service
Your service is horrible, been waiting for almost a month for a stove to be installed. I was told the technician would will come, this is a second appointment. No one pitched up

I see your post now. I did try to call to hear if our team pitched up later. Per our systems, definately installation was booked on an allocated job card this morning.

I do apologize for the non-performance on the installation team. We regard this is a serious light and are in process of taking up the issue with them.
In the meantime as arranged, installation will be this Friday coming as your planning is to move in over the weekend.
