Horrible after sales
Can't believe cosmopolitan projects endorses shody workmanship from their builders and tell you its wear & tear 3 months after occupation!

I have tried calling you on the number provided on the backend of Hello Peter.
I have also checked our database and cannot locate you/your property on the info provided.
I can thus only assume incorrect information was given to you and/or misinterpreted by you.

I would like to clear any thing we miss from our side, in the meantime:
As per building recommendations and NHBRC recommendations, it is good practice for the developer to attend at a newly build house after three months from “client move in date”.
The purpose of this is that minor snags are missed at key handover. All new homes will have some minor issues (e.g. chipped tiles, tight window latches etc). These are then repaired by the builder at that time ( 3 months from move in date).
Since we have not spoken, I am not sure of the issues you experience.
Kindly contract me direct on ***.
Kind regards

13 Feb 2024, 08:14Good Morning Mr Mafu
I have discussed the matter with our Pamela and our head of Quality Control at Project Management has investigated the prior complaints and previous 3 months repairs.
I have discussed the matter with our Pamela and our head of Quality Control at Project Management has investigated the prior complaints and previous 3 months repairs.
Our Quality Controls supports that Pamela has responded correct per our undertakings to you at various repairs milestones (on move in, on three months occupied and warranty items that are valid for a year from date of move in).
Cosmopolitan must apply the same undertaking, milestone repairs and warranty to all our clients.
It has been six months since your key hand over and these type of issues (tightening of fitings; adjustments of rollers of drawers ) are maintenance for the homeowner (tightenig of fittings, adjustment of rollers of drawers).
I am sorry that you are frustrated by the "usual and recommended" processes of the building industry and greater control of the NHBRC, of which we have adhered to.
Kind regards
Isalina Barreto
