Great customer service
When I bought my house in sky city, the agent who was helping me his name is Letshabo gave me the most excellent service from start to finish. As a first time buyer, I had alot of anxieties just from not knowing what to do and all the admin that came with buying a house and he really was there for me every step of the way. Guiding me and assisting, I never experienced any problems and he made sure I understood everything there was to understand.
He communicated effectively and listened my needs as a customer to make sure I get what makes me happy and not just push for sales. He still checked if I settled in after handing over the keys.
I must say that I genuinely am to date appreciative of his help and service.
