Good for nothing houses

On the 15th Jan 2022 there was a huge storm where rain ce through our ceiling it was infact a pool in the kids room,we immediately reported the matter to cosmopolitan and was made aware that their team will come and have a look they did and even replaced a rooftile with was broken and advised they will come back to us in regards to the ceiling, only today I got my 'feedback', I'm called by a lady who states that head office gave her feedback to pass on to me.it's said that they are not going to fix my ceiling but only going to attend people with electricity issues and walls that fell from the storm.I asked her to give me head office direct personnel to revert to she keeps saying she don't know and even if she did I am not gonna go through,I asked for the email that was sent from cosmo she is not going to do so as it's putting her job on the line .like I have been so calm about this situation giving them a benefit of the doubt after everyone had no faith in them funny enough others ceilings where fixed,what criteria aarethey looking at.

I'm out of words,I'm shocked ,I'm drained.all I need now is the bosses to contact me and explain
