Flooded yard
I have just moved into a new house on weekend. On Tuesday I woke up to a flooded yard. I reported it on their client care website , I called their customer care again yesterday and also on the whatsapp group and they promised to come and look at it but no one has come so far. I have even attached pictures but it seems like noone is willing to assist me. It's like a dam in our yard. It's even worse at the gate.

As confirmed we have done an inspection at the house on Wednesday 3rd November. We have consulted, considering weephole liftment for water drainage which is being blocked by elevated paving by your neighbour .
I will revert to you with the second inspection for Monday, with you present, as well as our project manager and/or our operations manager.
