FAULTY ELECTRICAL WIRING HAS LEFT ME WITH NO HOT WATER IN MY HOUSE - SAVANNA CITY
I have no hot water because of faulty electrical wiring! Because my house was handed over more than a year ago, i have already had a plumber check out my geyser and they have confirmed there is no electricity coming through to the geyser, which has made it stop working. Cosmopolitan is not bothered to even send someone to have a look at the problem. It's Friday afternoon and I am certain I will be without hot water the whole weekend and possibly next week! I reported yesterday via email and followed up with a phone call. The customer service person promised to speak to the Project Manager (yesterday) so that they can send someone to attend to the problem. The nightmare I put myself through by buying from this company is unbelievable. This problem is not even the main problem I have with Cosmopolitan....

I have left a message on your voicemail.
Unfortunately we are not able to assist.
We did received your complaint via our email portal yesterday afternoon.
The fault was allocated to the relevant contractor, but has returned back as our of warranty.
Per our contract all electrical and plumbing works done by us, comes with a one year warrantly.
You have been in the property for 18 months.
It would stand to reason this is not an inital workmanship fault as the installation was working correct for 18 months.
We expect this to be a maintenace issue and advise that you appoint your electrician to attend.
Kind regards
