False hope

We recently viewed a house in westview estate pretoria west and we were happy with the house and we immediately app**** for finance which was approved. We then went to sign an offer, wen we get there they showed us the final product that we are about to purchase which was different from the one we viewed in terms of material and tiles used. When we ask, they said they have three different types in of material colours. Our concern about s why they did not explain from onset when we viewed the house initially. We turned the offer dawn due to false hope
