False adverti*****t and no accountability

1. I have logged a call for an internal leakage in my shower 01.09.22, which was supposed to be attended within 12 business hours , till this day 23.09.22 they didn’t bother coming to fix even after I have followed up with them on 13.09.22. What does Cosmopolitan need to see happen before they can attend to my query? 2. When we came for viewing in July 2021 , we were told we’ll get the as per the show houses. The show houses had a tree and black curtain rails not the ones that they have installed, I logged two calls and the contractors said I won’t get them because they all the houses have the white ones. The Cosmopolitan agent guaranteed us we’ll get those , we asked him several times and he confirmed that whatever they show on the show houses you’ll get but that was never the case no tree and I still have these cheap curtain rails that they chose to install and not the ones they have showed us. 3. Cosmopolitan takes over six months to complete building a house and they expect you to pay utilities for all the months they have delayed the construction, I called the cosmopolitan offices in April and Pamela told me I was supposed to pay for the utilities , so how do you pay on an account that has not been opened, I have been following up with the municipality from the day I submitted my documents to open the account and the account was only open in April, another failed promise the agent said for the time they are still building Cosmopolitan is liable for the utilities now they are singing a different tune sifting the blame to the agent. The agent was representing Cosmopolitan, whatever he said he spoke on behalf of cosmopolitan but Cosmopolitan pollutant and their contractors seem to this the agent was working on their own capacity. They take time to build the houses and yet they handover a house that has faults which they are not willing to fix , of all the 3 tickets that I have logged since we moved in from mid April only one has been properly fixed which they also had to come back 3 times to fix 1 thing. You must consider changing your slogan because the houses a not REAL people because you don’t take those people serious, it is like once you done with whatever unfinished work you have done you move to the next one , if Cosmopolitan took pride in what they do we would be complaining this much for things that should have been done before the handover.
