I regret buying a house with cosmopolitan projects Johannesburg I have being complaining with everything in that house I bought a house sky city at number 2338 waterval spruit ext 11 last month I got a call from a guy by the name of Nelson Dube to hand over the house keys So we agreed that on the 24-06-2020 for the hand over when I got there he didn’t do a proper hand over because I think he was in a rush because he said he was going somewhere
After he has handed over the keys I noticed that the toilet was leaking I notified him about the toilet and I was being referred to different people and I even asked a number to complain about my toilet because he was taking his time. The toilet only got fixed on the 11-07-2020
I had to switch the toilet pipe because the leaking was very bad and I haven’t starting staying there but I often came on weekends or just a day, and then I got the water statement I am owing over R1000.00 HOW COME BECAUSE I DON’T STAY THERE I REPORTED THE TOILET IN TIME APPARENTLY NELSON I WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE A PICTURE OF TH METTER WHEN NELSON HANDED THE KEYS OVER HE DIDN’T TELL ME !!!!!! WE DIDN’T TAKE THE PICTURE
NOW I AM OWNING SO MUCH MONEY!!!! PLEASE HE
I am not sure of the account you have for R1000.
I do not expect it is all water, but your rates and taxes etc.
We do have the reading as keys were only handed over to you on 24 June, there has been no reading or billing by council for this period.
I will contact you tomorrow so that you may send we the account you refer to so we can have clarity.
