Electricity Outage
Ever since I’ve purchase a house in Sky City , I have had no Joy . My house (House no . 3413 ) is the only house that does not have Electricity, I’ve been without Electricity for almost a week now , I’m working from Home , during this winter season it’s inhumane to expect one to function without electricity during this season, I’ve gone to their show houses countless times only to be told to log a call with the municipality , I’ve done that numerous times and sent countless emails but my matter is not resolved . Can this be escalated to the Mayor or anyone who can assist as I am LIVID !!

This is not a Cosmopolitan product issue but a National Energy Crisis matter, directly in control of Eskom and City of Ekurhuleni.
You will be aware from several posts over the last two weeks on Hello Peter, our continued sms to clients to advise expected load shedding, in depth explanations of why these last so much longer that the expected times.
Our continued education how infrastructure is damaged by the on/off switching of power plants which are not designed for this type of instability, damaging expensive equipment, requiring more budget to affect the repairs.
We are in a continued struggle to address with Eskom and Ekurhuleni the hardships affecting our clients and our production.
Be assured as you have posted you are the not the only house not back on, several of our clients are subjected to this.
May I suggest you attend direct at the energy division Ekurhuleni where the electricians are despatched from, possibly you will receive speedier service:
