Double story house with cracks, paint peeling, toilet leaking, roof leak during heavy rain

Good evening, I bought double storey house at royale cradle mindalore. Experiencing with complaints have not been attended to I moved this year February the house has cracks inside and outside. Recently there was heavy rain the pain job outside is peeling off and there is water seeping through the roof hence damaging the ceiling. I’ve also escalated an issue of loud noise from the taps they did attempt to fix but the issue is there, currently 2 toilets are running constantly without securing water in the hub. I have tried communicating with them through email and there customer complaints QR code they have not responded at all. Pay at least R14 000 for a house with such doesn’t make sense at all.
