DON'T BUY AT SKY CITY THERE'S NO ELECTRICITY
Ever since i moved to Sky City 2018 there's always been electricity issues. I feel we taken for granted if a problem has always been there and it can't be resolved. I regret ever buying from cosmo because they take advantage of people. My family is affected more now because we have a small baby that needs constant feeding, its cold the water is cold Its very frustrating every day you must prepare for cold nights. Ekurhuleni give u the same excuse for 3 WHOLE YEARS!!!!

Our ref 419 Water
It is unfortunate that the current load shedding is vastly inconveniencing the entire Ekurhuleni regions.
Several suburbs are going much longer than the programmed "off" time. Several over 7 -12 hours at a time ( being Pomona, Kempton, Boksburg etc).
Further to that, it is a nationwide situation at present.
Eskom announcing again this morning, various stages of load shedding across the entire country from 10am to day till and possibly during the weekend.
To assist as best we can, we are giving information through to our clients that may not have access to online information regards news reports and/ or schedules.
We have been be sending all moved in residents sms updates of the expected load shedding as soon as we are aware.
We do concede that there had been several challenges initially with electrical supply to Sky City (refer to same complaint by Client Linda on Hello Peter, 1 June).
We are confident that the historic outages are a thing of the past. Main and substation infrastructure had been rearticulated complete over several extentions in Sky City by Ekurhuleni over the last 3 to 6 months. Hence prior to the load shedding of the last week, there was no outages across Sky City in the last 10 weeks.
We urge all clients to get the schedules for their area and plan as best around the information provided.

Please note we are not in control; nor aware should there be deviation from schedules given by Eskom/Local Councils.
Kind regards
