DO NOT BUY HOUSES FROM COSMOPOLITAN PROJECTS
<p>The brand new house I bought from Cosmopolitan is appalling, after only 12 month in existence, the floor tiles are coming loose, the wall paint outside and inside is peeling from, plaster is purely sand and very little cement, water taps are leaking, paint is coming from handrails, door handles are loose. Cosmopolitan in Pretoria keeps saying they will report to Projects to get it fixed, I am still waiting. DO NOT BUY HOUSES FROM COSMOPOLITAN</p>
