Disgusting service
They using disgusting contractors who are ill mannered and disrespectful to customers... How can a contractor shout at a customer instead of working together with a customer... They are unprofessional and disgusting.. To think that I am being disrespected because I am a woman... I would never recommend cosmopolitan projects to anyone as they do not even hire professional contractors... I sent an email complaining about the contractor and no one has even bothered to reply to contact me.. Just because now the bank has paid their money now they do not care about their customers concerns.

I do understand the industry you are in that you cannot take calls in the day.

His management heads, will deal with uplifting him, to understand the value of our customers and more important mutual respect, even in heated situations.
