Disastrous encounter with Eden Estate Staff

A frustrating engagement to deal with the employees of this company. Buying from them is a regrettable mistake that one has committed and would encourage anyone to do the same. A tenant left my apartment in an unpleasant state at Eden Estate upon inspection, they promised to send someone to assess the damages on the 1st of August, but 20 days later still no sign of them despite making follow-ups on a daily basis. They will ignore your email communication until you crack. They will treat you like a king when they want to buy, that I must give it to them. but once the purchase is done you are on your own. Buying from the group is not the best option.
