Disappointed with Cosmopolitan service
Hi I recently bought a house last year September and Since to date I have been waiting , Protea Glen. Since lockdown has been lifted in May, we have been calling weekly to check on the progress of our house as we urgently need to move in and we been constantly visiting site and can see the house has been completed , Im always told their waiting Municipality approval , electricity this and That , Im now getting frustated with this situation ,The latest update I got was the Occupation certificate is still outstanding Kindly assist Please , Stand Number 36829.protea glen EXT40

We do apologize for the frustration you feel in the delivery of your house. Please appreciate in as much as you want to occupy; we would like to hand over keys to you soonest. This is our livilihood and we by no means delay our production line. Like all industries we have had to adjust and work off backlogs due to the Covid situation.
Please refer to Posts 23 June from Felicia M and post on 7 July from Kamogelo, addressing the exact same issues.
The updates as you have received are correct and per legal requirements, extensively delayed by the lockdown.
I have noted your file and will track that we push as hard as we can from our side to ensure speedy handover.

I have alerted PM, waiting on an expeted day for Occupancy, I don't want to preempt till I get an answer on that , but I am very sure you will be in before/on month end.
I will make contact with you in the day once I have a definitive answer.
