After I went through all the reviews here about cosmopolitan, am demotivated and lost interest because am already on the process of the house, never thought of viewing comments before. Already I am experiencing problems regarding to sign with lawyers.

May I say we are sad that you are allowing these reviews to dampen you happiness in owning own your home.
To put in perspective, we have delivered over 30 000 houses in Gauteng over the last 25 years. We have 116 complaints on Hello Peter.
You will note the the span of time that these posts are reflecting (the last 4 years). We have built 12 000 houses in this period.
We do make mistakes. We have a lot to improve, this is correct.
We continue to put in place improvements on all divisions, despite the many challenges in our industry.
Because of our continued efforts to be better, we continue to grow and enjoy support from thousands of happy clients every year.
You don't state your particular problem with the signing at the attorneys.
One of our team will be in contact with you. I am sure it is a minor problem since your file is ready at the attorneys.

We confirm that you have spoken to our manager, Gugu, in our legal document division. The misunderstanding has been cleared. As discussed we cannot instruct the attorneys to draw legal documents until we have the signed plan for your house.
This we have received last week. The attorneys were informed and have drawn up the documents. We confirm that our team are in touch with you to arrange the appointment for signature of the legal documents.
I have not managed to reach you to confirm. I will try you again tomorrow and wait to hear for a confirmed attorney appointment.
