Cracks and uneven floor.
I bought a double house at Royal Cradle in mindalore from cosmopolitan and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this developer. I have cracks all over the house within few months and cosmopolitan doesn’t want to come to fix the cracks. They sent an inspector to come and check the house and they are telling me it’s my responsibility to fix the cracks because a coin doesn’t fit in the cracks. How pathetic is that. Besides the cracks, tiles installation is very poor, the lines between the tiles are uneven and the tiles are not level, you can feel them when you walk around the house. They are very arrogant as well, they say I can report them to NHBRC if I see fit.

We have attended at your home for inspection regards your complaint.
Quality Inspection done end November by our in-house specialist, of which our findings were sent to you. Specific per report: Cracks observed are less than 1mm in width and thus classified as “very slight” as referred to in Table 2 of Section 2 of Part 1 of the NHBRC Home Builders Manual. It is recommended that cracks in this classification be treated during redecoration by the Homeowner. The guideline for cracks repairs have been provided in depth with several reference material. Our final inspection is concluded per findings. Per our recommendation, should you not be satisfied with our report, of which confirms the standard and intergrity of your house structure, you do have recourse to the NHBRC. 05 Dec 2022, 20:27There was misrepresentation when you were selling us the houses, you told us about attending the cracks up to 5 years. You never mentioned that the cracks has to be 1mm in order to attend them. You never even provided us with the builders manuals. Mind you this houses are still new and few months old, I shouldn’t be worrying about cracks in few months of occupation. This shows how poor your houses are build and materials used are below par.
This also really show that you don’t even care about customer satisfaction, you find loopholes in NHBRC policies and use them against your customers.
I’ll make sure I expose cosmopolitan projects so that other people don’t suffer the fade, they must think twice before buying your properties.
