Cracks all over double-storey house (inside & outside)

Good evening, I bought a double-storey house at Cosmopolitan in Mindalore, Royal Craddle. The said house is now full of cracks inside and outside and I don't even have 10 months staying here , it's against this irritating factors I wont encourage anyone to entertain Cosmopolitan. I'm paying R14 597.44. and is exorbitant. Retention job wasn't done properly and at the same time Cosmo is determined not to answer my calls. I tried to report online even on the emergency. When I open the tabs and close there is a noise, I'm told it's a pressure valve. COSMOPOLITAN and their admins are so arrogant, in fact they don't have a sense of urgency. Somewhere around end of October 2022 there was a guy who took all photos of the cracks that are inside my house and said to me that he shall revert back to me in seven working days, to date I'm still waiting for him. Cosmo doesn't take its clients seriously, so people should run away from Cosmopolitan Projects
