Cosmopolitan sucks

<p>Cosmopolitan has no aftersales customer service . I have been complaining for two months now and no one gives a **** about my problem . They just want to sell houses and don't care what happens after that. I reported a sinkhole on my driveway and they told me straight it wasn't their problem . They suggested I contact joburg water. I did and they also would not take responsibility....I asked Cosmo to help me sort this out as I was afraid my property would be damaged . They never bothered to come back to me even after I sent them pictures of the sinkhole/ cave in.I have refered the matter to my lawyers and have hired people to fill in the sinkhole for me .I was afraid I would end up not being able to access my property. COSMO IS ONE DOOSHBAG OF A COMPANY. YOU SICK. I HOPE THIS GETS TO YOUR NEW CLIENTS TO BE SO THEY THINK TWICE BEFORE THEY BUY PROPERTY FROM YOU. PERSONALLY I REGRET EVER BUYING FROM YOU....</p>
