Cosmopolitan running a business inside our estate with out talking to the residents(Capital View Security Estate Ext 30)

I have a very bad experience when coming to these people of cosmopolitan. 1. They sold us houses at Danville, next thing there is a skwata camp growing next to the estate and they do nothing about it. They did not finish the project and we have already sign in and moved in, there is no unfinished gravel road that was supposed to be tared but naaah they now telling us the City of Tshwane is the one responsible for that road. 3. They gave use rules that we all follow that include not to run a business inside the estate, guess what, they are now moving their office into the estate without telling the residents. They are finishing selling houses inside the estate but they only left with 2 house that they don't want to sell and they are now busy running a business in those house, busy selling house of the next estate inside our estate without consulting with us. 4. I regret buying a house or doing business with cosmopolitan. 5.The houses are full of cracks ,when we complain they tell us that we have insurance moss, so we must claim from the insured. 6.they don't want to hand over full control of the estate to us. They promised us that they will hand it over after 2 years, it's now 3 years now they are starting a business inside the estate. 7. I will never recommend it to anyone I know.
