Cosmopolitan Project's Sales team suck!
Seeing all this bad reviews, now things are starting to make sense. Sometime ago i went to Leopard's Rest to view some nice properties, where I later decided to buy a property and asked the sales agent to assist with the application.
You know the drill, 6 month payslips, 6 months bank statements blah blah... But this is where the story gets fun. So i waited three to four days after i have submitted all my application documents to the sales Agent, and no communication or feedback whatsoever. I sent a courtesy email to the sales agent to follow up on the outcomes of the bond application. Turned out he did not even bother to send my documents through to the bank for some stupid reasons, and in addition to that he **** and said he called and could not get hold of me, silly excuse, dude's couldn't bear the guilt.
The sales agent advised that ICT and Bank statements supp**** indicated that my cash flow was a bit tight and therefore and my application had 99% chance of being declined, and he can only send through applications that he's sure they will get approved. Okay, why would your sales team go through all this, shouldn't the bank do all the that work? To my books that is the Job for the bank.
I went on to look for another property elsewhere with sales people that know their roles, and guess what. I am living in a new property as write this review. Using the same application information i have sent to Cosmopolitan project, i got R1 500 000.00 approved by all the banks including SA Homeloans.
Maybe it's Cosmopolitan Project ways or it is just that one group of sales people that is full of ****! I will never recommend anyone to approach this group when it comes to property sales.
It is clear that exploitation is one of your core values, and have no idea what your role is as a property management company.
P.S. I don't expect you to do anything about this review, i just want the public to make right decisions before they could even think of approaching you for property sales.
You have no regards from me, KM
We have recieved post and noted the content.
Should it indeed be that you have received a bond approval and have moved into your new home, we wish you much happiness.
It may have been that you credit status improved from our initial appliation.
Our teams would not easily give up on a sale since it directly affects their commission earnings.
However, having said that, our protocols on submission may have indeed been to our detriment.
Thank you for this feedback so that we can reviiew from our side.
Kind regards
