COSMOPOLITAN PROJECTS REFUND ISSUE

`I bought a unit at Leopard's Rest and took occupation on the 1st July 2021. In December 2021 I got a notice of termination of water by the Ekurhuleni Municipality unless I paid a total of about R 16 000 which included the cost of water from inception of the project and was supposed to be paid by the developer. I paid the full amount and informed several people from Cosmopolitan about this. I was promised a refund or reversal. I have been trying to get this sorted and getting sent from pillar to post. Each time I call the Customer Service line I get to hold until the line drops. I tried to get a senior executive from the company to assist but the gate keepers do not seem able or willing to get me the number, email address or cellphone number of somebody at that level. I see that this company had a huge number of negative reviews and wish I had checked this out before investing with them.
