Cosmopolitan Projects is a poor and cant deliver on services. They have provided poor houses
This is BS company. I had to send multiple emails for them to send me my proof of payment. When I call I am taken from this person to another. Especially Isalina Ba....... she doesn't know how to treat customers.
You should see their houses, they are so poor. There are cracks on the wall, taps are not aligned properly. The quality of the doors and paint is also poor.
I would never recommend them to anyone, even if they were to come and fix their stinking service.

Your initial main frustration was that you were waiting for the proof of payment from our side. This payment was done in August of last year for our portion of rates.
Subsequent you were frustrated with your council account and billing of which we are not party too.
Finally you have vented your frustation regards our product. All settlement issues you complain about have been attended at final after occupation works.
