Cosmopolitan Projects in Soweto
I reported the *********** plastering that was done by Cosmopolitan projects inside our house in Soweto, Elephant eye housing development, they inspected the house and they saw that the plastering is week and we cant even mount items on the wall, they just advised us that the will do a certain portion of the house where as they inspected and saw that it was done incorrectly by their contractor, we just moved into our house in July already it feels like hell instead of the new home, its so stressful because the house is too expensive for the quality we got, i need help because its heartbreaking to be paying the bank the amount we are paying for what we got, the house is even leaking the roof during rainy days. who do we go to now. i would like STANDARD BANK to also check with their inspectors to see if we were charged correctly for the house we got. cosmopolitan is telling us that they wont fix the other half of the house
