Cosmopolitan Projects Home Service
Very poor service, after moving in our new house a lot of things weren't working. Their solar system gyser which is supposed to be new doesn't work at all either by sun or electricity. We reported this and have been calling them, but they still haven't attended to our issues. I think they use old things and hope we won't notice, that's a very bad way to save for your company. We haven't had hot water for 5 days and a stove, they ended up not answering their phone. Very poor service, I'm unhappy. I regret going for Cosmopolitan Projects.

We apologise for the inconvenience experienced shortly after taking occupation of your new home. You received your keys on 28 August 2026, and the geyser issue was subsequently reported to our team. Our Construction team attended to the matter and confirmed on 2 September that the geyser was repaired and functioning correctly. Unfortunately, you were not available to sign off on the completed work. We understand how frustrating it is to experience issues shortly after moving into a new home, and we regret the inconvenience caused. 06 Sept 2026, 11:45Dear Chanel
That's not correct, they came after I wrote this review on the 2nd of September and I was home. They went into the trap door and on the roof. No one gave me anything to sign, the next day the electrician for the stove came and I was on my way out. I signed before stepping out and told him I will leave him with my brother. When I got back he had not installed the oven, but had already signed. He came back on the 4th after I had logged another query. I'm just disappointed because I never thought this would happen so early even. It would have been nice to get a call to say we are doing something but having to be the one calling and taken from 1 person to the next wasn't nice at all.

07 Sept 2026, 17:37Dear Malebo,Thank you for taking the time to speak with our Client Service team.We appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns and are pleased that the originally reported geyser and stove matters have now been attended to and completed. We understand that the stove installation process caused frustration, as additional work was required to accommodate the oven correctly. To ensure that the installation was completed properly and without damage to the existing cabinetry, a carpenter was arranged and the installation was subsequently completed.During our discussion, you also raised an additional concern regarding the hot and cold water connection at the en-suite tap. Although this had not previously been reported, our team has undertaken to log the matter and arrange for a plumber to attend to it at a time convenient to you.We apologise for the frustration experienced during the initial period after moving into your new home and appreciate your confirmation that the reported matters have been resolved.Kind regards,
