Cosmopolitan Projects has messed up my life!!!

They have messed my family life and couldn't be bothered to respond to my several enquiries!

After signing off the hand over document which indicated they will hand over the house to me in December 2018 I am still without the house and no indication when the house will really be ready for hand over. This is after they confirmed to me telephonically that the house was ready and the only thing missing was that the electricity and water had not been installed by the municipality! This was of course confirmed by someone else in the office because Isalina, (whom I have no idea why she is still working for Cosmopollitan because she is incapable of doing her job) was continuously ignoring my emails and couldn't be bothered to return my calls after I left several messages in December, as I needed to confirm the actual date of the hand over. The last time I spoke to her was in November where I requested that she must arrange for the hand over to happen on or by 14 December 2018.

To my absolute horror, I drove to Savanna City to view the house again and see for myself , I found that the house is nowhere near done, it has no doors, the bathrooms are not completed . the yard is an absolute mess, doors have not been put in yet, etc.

I have tried to explain to them my grand daughter was supposed to start school at the new school in Savanna City and since I live in central Johannesburg, I will not be able to get her there unless I move to the area. I then didn't know, still don't know whether I should wait for a few more days, weeks, months for the house. In the meantime, what should happen with the little one's schooling? I tried to arrange with the school, which didn't make sense because I didn't know what I was arranging. This means nothing to Cosmopolltan. Today I sent them an email and copied a whole lot of their management team and told them if I don't get an answer by close of business today I am reporting them here on Hello Peter - and because that means nothing to them, I didn't hear from them!!

I had a tenant ready to rent out the flat I am living in starting in January 2019. I have lost this person after searching for them for so long and finally confirming in November 2018 after signing that hand over document! That also messed out their lives because they had given notice at their previous place.

There has to be a way of suing these people for messing people's lives. i have read so many complaints here on Hello Peter about Isalina and clearly Cosmopolitan is fully aware of the way she treats their clients, I am therefore convinced that it is their practice that they just do this once you have signed a contract with them since you cannot pull out of it.
