Cosmopolitan project
Good morning I have a very bad experience with cosmopolitan project, I contact the cosmopolitan agent last year September 2017 to assist me with a bont I was interested at evaton west so we app**** for a home loan and it approved. Then they told me that I have to wait for bond registrations that's gonna take two to three month I'm fine with that. February 2018 bond was registered and March this year 2018 they send us a message that says they started building my house , since from them the agent from cosmopolitan doesn't give us any fees back we have to ask her now it june they still haven't done with my house they will always say they waiting for a project manager to give them feedback. I personally went to the side and check the progress those people are very slow and there's other houses there we started after mine but there finished if then but mine im struggling and I told the agent that were im staying im renting and I must move out. I don't know what to say but cosmopolitan I give up my stand number is 10/14574 Evaton west . I need then to just then to finish right now buy month end I wont have a place to stay plz they must just speed up the process with the contruction. My name is Mmathabo DLAMINI.

It is disappointing that you found the need to go to Hallo Peter with your query since we had spoken late yesterday, 3:30 pm. I had advised you that per our system your house was at 91 %. And that I expected your house will be ready by month end/latest mid July.
We agreed that you would give me an opportunity to get a report from our Project Management with the delay is at present and I would call you this morning.
Subsequent I did send the request through to our Project Management.
I have received feedback late yesterday that all is in order per construction timing (plan approved 14 Feb; House now 91% complete), except that there is a problem with the sewer line to your house for which we have to work together with the local municipality to have resolved.
The project manager has confirmed he will come back to me later today with feedback on the the sewer problem. I will be in contact with you as soon as I receive the information so that I can give you a better time line of expected completion.

21 Jun 2018, 11:56No one contacted me yesterday in the one who called the agent because I was on the site and there was no progress. Even about 91% no one told me about I'm very disappointment in you I trusted cosmopolitan since is the one that build my parents house in unitas park 20 years ago
