Cosmopolitan is ************* and *****
Our house was registered last year early November.. even now we haven't moved in... They transferring me from one agent to another or manager..when I want to know what is going on..they keep on lying to me.. they said the house was 100% from may but still we haven't moved in.. at the moment when call they keep transferring us and no one know anything about our house..what's frustrating is that the bank has already paid 90% of the money... And there's nothing we can do even if we want to cancel the house... Cosmopolitan projects is *********** and *************...

Summary & Problem Identified: Your stand it is indeed at final stage for some time. Due to quality improvements and inspection checks we are behind schedule. We are very sorry our clients are so inconvenienced. It can take two months at final stage. This is due to any faults we find, needing to be addressed and then re-inspected. We cannot compromise quality with speed. It is correct that we have been paid for the building works to its present status, but also while we are under construction we pay the interest for the monies paid out on your bond. Effectively we pay R4000 interest for every month delayed. We carry this cost because we are determined to hand over a high quality house.
Corrective Action: Our Project Management is in a meeting at present. I have send an urgent message for a delivery date on your house. I will call you in the course of the morning with the timing, possibly we can hand over your house by Friday.
