Cosmopolitan is dishonest to their clients

12 months since my application was approved, the house is already registered in my name but the electricity meter seems to be the hold up. No one is willing to give me answers, client service all they know is 'im sorry mam I don't know' I mean people who should be giving honest answers to clients are not doing so. I have had it with the excuse that the council is the one delaying. Cosmopolitan seeing that the clients are not happy what are you doing to resolve this issue?stand no 874 and 876 the owners have moved in already a month ago. Being in the middle I don't have my keys as yet(875) and no one wants to tell me exactly when I will have them.If I was advised that it was going to take more than 12 months to get my house I wouldn't have signed with cosmopolitan.
