Cosmopolitan is an issue in South Africa

I have list of almost 20 snags and have notified Cosmopolitan each time, they make empty promises and yet I’ve only been here for three and a half days with no hot water, a ceiling in taters, no stove and major plumbing defects in the wall and cupboards!

Their complaints team were on my case whilst awaiting final payment calling regularly and now that they received the last payment, it has become impossible to get my stuff sorted out! This is only the beginning! Trust me, I’m not done.
