Cosmopolitan Housing: The Best company in Poor & Bad Service

<p>I received my House keys on 04 May 2016, My house had no water & Electricity on the 1st Day. I was told to buy Water & Electricity to be able to test. I struggled to buy Water & Electricity until someone helped me with a certain code to purchase electricity. After a week, some cosmo plumbers came to fix the water problem, I was so hurt and disappointed to see so much water flowing from the ceillling/roof and all Taps. They tried to fix the problem but there was still a very loud noise coming from the roof and leaking water outside my house todate. There is now water coming from the Kitchen & Bathroom floor which is now tripping my Electricity. Today I woke up in a house full of Water in all Rooms. I am now scared that I might even get hurt in my house. I have complained to Cosmo, They keep telling me that they have escated the issue to head office, yet my house is being damaged each day. They tell me that head office does not deal with customers, Its amazing that they do not deal with customers but they take customer's monies for nothing. I have complained severla times with different issues to Cosmo including craks, pain peeling off, Doors and locks not opening. They are just enejoying people's money not considering the damage and pain they are causing. If poosible I would just give back their house and take my money else where. Cosmpo doesnt do Quality, and they have a very bad and poor service. If you are planing to buy a house through Cosmo, Think agian</p>
