Cosmopolitan housing
I got my house keys last year October 2019 moved in November 2019. When it rains the rain water stays in the yard the drains are not working. I have sent pics to Agrineth, Pam and Sipho and what they did the construction company came and put soil at the entrance. The soil is sinking and the no one is interested to fix this. The whole yard is muddy and the soil is not level at all. I have pics that I have to cosmo to show them how the yard looks. All the yards in the street I live in are fine when it rains but my house the rain water gets so high and the drainage is not work. Worse part I was told I can sell the house if I want its my prerogative so no one is willing to attend to this problem at all the attitude I received was very bad. The window in the lounge was reported the first day that its not properly installed till today no one has come to fix it.

As discussed the drainage in your area has been resolved. Lohan and his team were out on the 30th to investigate and thereafter found solution.
We confirm we waited out a "test" period the last few days heavy rains since our interventions.
You confirm drainage in the area has been working perfect.
As discussed the window will be attended on our 'after move in repair works"
