Cosmopolitan group failing again

I stay in Lions Pride Estate we only have electricity for 4 hours in day only 4 houses affected my next door neighbor has and everybody else, my appliances are damaged, food loosing cold chain, it has been over a month we are sent from pillor to post, their contractors have been on strike. It's a mess I regret buying here
