Cosmopolitan gave us a horrible nightmare with our family

House number 36370 We bought a house with Cosmopolitan elephant eye development in Soweto. Our consultant was Zweli and Shumani. Firstly, the guys failed horribly to give us updated we had to be the one who called and asked the through out the process. We reported the matter to Wayne their manager but it didn't not change instead it got worse. Secondly, Shumani told us to serve our notice where we were renting and we did only to find the house not complete. My family and kids had go around looking for a place to sleep, when we reported to Wayne the manager he promised to pay us half of the money we paid for accommodation, this wasn't fair because the inconveniences cost us so much and we paid with our credit card over R10000, our petrol, take aways, accommodation for a week long this is all for a family of 5. But we agreed to the half. The cherry on top is that our consultant Zweli told us money was deducted from her salary claiming to pay us for the costs, but till today we have not been paid what we were promised or someone showing remorse on what happened, instead Pam one of the ladies while we were stranded telling the guys we have no we're else to go, she told us to "go and seek a place to sleep from our church congregation", this was an insult to us and showed no respect at all, but people who took advantage of us because they knew our occupations (ministers).

Buying our home was supposed to be the happiest moment in our family but for us it has bad memories that we don't want to remember. Cosmopolitan **** to us and treated us with no respect as their clients.
