Cosmopolitan full of lies

We recently bought a house Lotus Gardens 198, they've now build a retaining wall behind our houses and when it rains our houses are surrounded by water it becomes a river. All the water coming from the top houses camp's by our house. They have even put a stop nonsense on top of the retaining wall last year December it fell instead of doing a proper thing they are busy fixing the stop nonsense instead of attending water issues. When we complain we are told we have to make a plan with the water.

It is not even 3 months of moving. I really regret buying from Cosmopolitan, i will never recommend and they are full of lies.
