Cosmopolitan false advertising

I just recently bought a house with cosmopolitan, the advertised the complex as a security estate and the municipality doesn't recognize it as such, further more we are expected to pay a security lavy as they put a "temporary boom gate" and the access is not controlled. We also being charged by the municipality extra charge, saying it's for vacant land, Cosmopolitan says they can't do anything about this and that it's our responsibility. I didn't buy a vacant land from them as to why they don't rectify this is beyond me. This is bad service and we paying a lot of money for our property.

Hi Isalina

It's been two weeks and I haven't received a call from you.

I am truly not happy with the service from Cosmopolitan and all your hide and seek.

I need an immediate response as to why I though I was buying a house in an estate only to find out that its not recognized as such by the municipality.
