Cosmopolitan doesn't keep to thier word worst service ever
I honestly would never recommend anyone to buy houses via Cosmopolitan as I and My husband have experienced the worst when it comes to thier services. We moved into our house at royal cradle mindalore first week of May and we were encountered with the worst
1. The real estate agent just handed us keys didn't even check if everything was 100% with the house ( only to find out our sliding door is not working and cardboard under the sink is not installed and we have a leak which is already damaging.)
2. Inheritance of building debts ( this was never communicated to us, we went to the municipality to open our rate and taxes acc and we found the shock of our lives as we were owing water and electricity for months before we moved in the house.) I contacted Cosmopolitan about this and a lady by Issalina gave me her word that Cosmopolitan would settle everything and till to this day Cosmopolitan hasn't done anything and the lady ain't responding to my emails anymore
3. It's been 2 months since we moved in and the house is detoriating. We got very old scratched windows complained and no one has attended to the matter. Now my geyser is malfunctioning I've called repeatedly to the site manager Author and he is one unhelpful manager together with Kobus. And seemingly on Fridays they take day off and you get no assistance from any of them.
Our bathroom toilet is forever blocking yet its just 2 people in the house and the bathtub machinism to open and close bath has never worked. We are forced to use shower even when my toddler's come home weekend.
Cracked tiles in the bathroom yet we had to wait a year for our house to come out.
Cosmopolitan is such a big and well respected company but I personally had the worst experience when it comes to purchasing a home with them.

Above reply states that we've cleared issue in regards to rates, yet nothing has been cleared its a month later cosmopolitan still hasn't paid thier part and they holding us back. I've spoken to you twice and you would give me a date that it would be fixed but the date comes and goes with no change nor any communication from your side.
All above problems mentioned haven't been fixed. The inspector came told us to avail ourselves on Saturday so they have someone to change all the scratched windows, till to this day we waiting.
