Cosmopolitan breach of contract at Royal cradle

Royal cradle Cosmopolitan project, it is very sad that the process of moving into your house has now became so unbearable as I am supposed to move into my new house however on the last minute I got informed that the pavement that comes as a package with the house cannot be completed according to what was indicated on the contract signed. In fact they have completed pavement tracks which is in breach of the contract and the reason is because there's a big space in front of my yard hence they cannot complete it according to the contractual obligation. Furthermore I was expected to sign for the house keys before snagging is done and when I made mention of the pavement issue Egon Brink who was helping me at the time refused to perform the snagging with me. This is after I had mentioned to him that I was going to submit a notice to move out where I am currently staying at the end of October 2020 and now on the last minute it looks like I am bul**** into signing for the house regardless of my discomfort and not being happy with cosmopolitan not paving my drive way as per contract. After sending my complaint to Mathys who is the operations head, it seems like he is unable to assist me which leaves me wondering as to what kind of service is this. Cosmopolitan was in a better side to have amended the contracts for the specific area we are buying at, however failed to do so and now I am getting inconvenience because of that. I had mentioned to both Mathys and Egon that I am expected to move out on the 29/11/2020, which is this coming Sunday however it looks like there is no interest to assist me. This is bad service at high grade.
