Cosmo is using cheap material to build our houses
My husband and I were excited about getting our first house. I didn’t know that 3 years later my house would have cracked. We pay a lot of money every month. We have tried to communicate with cosmo they sent an inspector last year September, he told me that he will come back to us since he has to compile a report. We have been waiting for them to come back to us till today ?. My heart breaks every time I see the cracks around my house. A house that’s not even 5 years... We have sent countless emails with no response.

I did receive communication from our Tshwane office that an appointment had been made to inspect your property on 12 March at 8:30 am.
I assume from your post that this did not happen.
I have just sent a mail to Tshwane staff attending the inspection appointments to get clarity what happened.
I will give you feedback on her response, failing which I may suggest you contact her direct.
We wait till Monday.
