COSMOPOLITAN PROJECTS AFTER SALE SUPPORT IS VERY BAD THEY SEND BAD CONTRACTORS TO MASS UP YOUR HOUSE AFTER WHEN YOU COMPLAIN TO COSMO THEY SEND YOU TO NHBRC NO ONE EVER CARES EVEN TOP MANAGEMENT WILL NEVER EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY YOUR MAIL OR EVEN SEND SOMEONE TO YOUR HOUSE TO CHECK THE BAD WORK THAT HAS BEING DONE SO IF YOU THINKING TO BUY COSMO HOUSE JUST NO THAT YOU MAKING A TERRIBLE MISTAKE IN YOUR LIFE YOU WILL BE RUNNING AFTER THEM WITH MASSIVE CRACKS IN YOUR HOUSE NO ONE COSMO AT COSMO

Per our discussion today
Problem
You are not happy with the settlement cracks.
You are also not happy with the repairs work done to the expansion joint which was not finished off neatly and not painted.
Contractor did not return as undertaken to complete the finish and paint
Solution
Settlement / hairline cracks: We have discussed the settlement cracks of which homeowner maintenance responsibility was not clear to you/not communicated cleary. You are satisfied with my explantion that these fall within the homeowner's scope.
The expansion Joint finishing: Per the photos you have sent this afternoon, we can see that the work was not completed. We do apolgize that the contractor undertook to come finish the next day and a week later still never came. I have taken the problem up with our Project Management. I will call you tomorrow with a resolution.
