I think I should bring to your attention that since I moved @ 2278 I have noticed that I don't have that hole don't know what you call it that is usually next to the drain.

Drain used when there is a blocked drain. Paint is peeling off and its less than a year living here. Cracks outside and inside the house. How then does one turn our low cost houses in to investments.

I'm not sure if its according to NHBRC standards to USSR one layer of bricks for the whole house.
