Complain

Bought a house with cosmopolitan in tshwane central park stand no 393 and move in march. I have been struggling since may to get the documents of registration of the house that I need to take to municipality. I have been calling and was told they requested the documents from head office . Talking to different people telling me I will get phone call once they are ready. It's frustrating because the bill frm municipality is going up every month. Never knew that it be a hustle just to get registration documents I'm very disappointed at cosmopolitan. Write here hoping that maybe I will get help as since may it seems like no one is willing to help or do their work.
