"Please bring someone competent to attend to my complain, I am extremely disappointed and saddened by the fact that what was advertised is not what I got ,I am not happy with the tilling in my house and retention as per terms and conditions are supposed to attend to my grievance ,yet they have told me there is nothing that they can do I believe I deserve the proper quality of tilling as advertised as well as promised to me on the purchase of the home" that an e-mail I sent last year December even last month, i moved in November, went to the office to complain and i was told nothing will be done by Jackson, cosmo's service is terrible.
