CHEAP MATERIALS AND LABOUR FOR PROTEA GLEN HOUSES COSMOPOLITAN!!!!
Since i have bought the house in 2015 here's a list of things that have been breaking 1. Window Handles 2.Plastic Toilet Seats and Water Canister Lid 3.Tap Lids 4.Cracks all over the house And the most recent one Leaking ceiling which resulted in the ceiling falling and now i have a BIG HOLE on the ceiling. Cheap materials cheap labour buying this house has been the worst decision i have ever made. Called them to lay a formal complaint said they will send me an emergency form to complete still waiting for it even now!!!!!!!!!

As advised your house is three years old, some of the problems you experience are homeowers maintenace.
Of the product and fittings, a particular price is paid for a specific specification . A higher spec of product (quality range) would be out of price range for many of our clients. As discussed we are addressing all these issues to avoid disappointment and frustration to our clients.
