Cheap material and weak houses
I am not happy with service of this company. Bought a house and enhanced the house, now because of the low cost material they use when building these houses, I have to now rework my house. Added tiles now have to re-tile one of the bathrooms because their baths break, I have 60 people in my area experience the same issue. This one of the issues I have encountered, they send people to come and assist with maintenance, but these people don't do a good job, when fixing all these issues. Meaning you have to expect them to come back and fix them again in the next few months.
