Capital View Estate
It is a little bit draining dealing with Cosmopolitan projects .Okay when we were buying we told a whole quite number of promises by our Agent.we had concerns with the squatta camp near the development,we also asked about the dusty gravel road he told us they are in the process with City of Tshwane Until today that is not sorted ,Cosmo promised us they will try dust suppression by the use of a water bowser atleast 4 times a day but still that's is not happening on a good day they water it once .Now you already know as a developer they don't care for anyone's safety or children's safety because the dust there is horrible ,one cannot live in such a condition
Second issue we were told our guardhouse will have a shelter in February.Its September no shelter at all,instead they are building a shelter for their new phase ,and it's about to be a rainy season for us .So they are busy marketing their new phase while neglecting the old phase because they have already sold the houses .
I would definitely not recommend anyone to buy with them .I know they might remove my comment but I will go to Google review,i have pictures as well to prove it .

09 Sept 2022, 09:27I won't be answering any of your calls because I am actually tired.The feedback I got was that I should give proof that you guys intended installing a shelter in our phase.of course I don't have written proof ,it's verbal communication when you guys came to take us a video with your project manager Tshepo as well as a lady called Portia we asked about this and we were told they are busy with the structure which was a lie.
We hear that the reason you are putting a new structure for the new phase is because the new houses are more expensive and you have budget for this.most things that were advertised for Capital view in our phase are not there.the BMX track ,we have one fountain in 1 park you are taking us for a ride and you think you are doing is a favour by building us houses which we know infancy cost less than a million.
Because you heard we want to strike you only started watering the dusty road 4 times yesterday.
