Buy the house at your own risk with Cosmo

App**** for the house in January's 2022 which I moved in around October's, there is issues when I moved in including the stove which was installed without silicone same with the kitchen sink ,raised same and was told they will be fixed on my 3 months inspection,submitted a list of concern with that list form to date I still have issues not attend to and no feedback provided. On the 26th of April then send email to Fracinah who i have submitted the inspection forms to do follow up on all the pending issues, then the 08th Magdalena the contractor reached out and appointment set for the 13th to fix the kitchen top,no one came on the day then on the 16th I did a follow up it was then I was told of challenges and another appointment set for the 20th which the guys came in the afternoon with wrong top and to date never heard anything from the contract my kitchen cupboard is being worse due to the water.

I regret ever buying with cosmo so unprofessional and disrespectful paying over 11k on the house less than 12 months but the issues I have and things I have picked you will swear I bought it 5 years ago,from the rust on the gate,windows burglars even the doors,the cracks of the walls even after they fixed them few weeks down the line they there again,the amount of water that stand on our gates and back of our house cause its no leveled so is their service.

Why sell expensive and use cheap staff ...for a first time young owner honestly feel ****** 😡😡😡
