Broken promises, Lies and More Disappointments!
from broken promises, lies, to disappointments! Now I cannot apply for FLISP because this company has messed up! I cannot own a home because of this company!
I app**** through this agency to assist me with owning a house for my family. I had initially shared with the consultant my visions on the house to only reach the final stage and told I could not change the positioning of my house.. this was new to me as it was promised that I could in fact position the house however I wanted but I could not change the interior layout! So this forced me to cancel! I reapp**** through them again with the good news that there was a stand with a plan that matched my vision. I submitted All documentation requested to only be told now that FLISP has declined due to me having app**** before! Does that mean not only did the agency take away my dream but also have ****** the only help I could of received from the government to own a house?! This is truly wrong!

Per our database it seems Flisp declined your approval as you have already received a subsidy for another property, not related to this transaction or Cosmo. They may have approved the first time, missing this relevant information. Goverment only subsidies once.
On the resubmission, it would seem they tracked that you had in the past already received a subsidy for another property in Gauteng.
I will speak to our team that works with the finance and goverments subsidy side to understand what happened here. Also if indeed it is correct you did received a subsidy before.
I will give you a call tomorrow morning once I have spoken to the relevant people.

I did not use that subsidy and I submitted an affidavit as I was requested to do so with that proof that I did not use it. You will see yourself when you do the investigating that that house it was approved on is not occupied by me. I was allocated a new stand number in which the FLISP was going to assist me in getting it.
